A standard scope of Investment Supervision may include:

  • Representing the investor on the construction site through supervision of the construction realisation with the project and building permit, with law, with Polish and European norms, with technical knowledge, with good business practice as well as with construction works agreements between the Investor and the Contractor(s),
  • Taking over the responsibilities of the Supervising Inspector in compliance with the building law, if applicable,
  • Inspection of the performed works and building products’ quality, particularly to prevent faulty and unadmitted building products from use,
  • Inspection and acceptance of construction works which disappear or become covered, taking part in partial acceptance, trials and technical acceptance of installations and technical devices,
  • Supervision of safety ensuring and compliance with fire regulations, occupational health and safety, etc.,
  • Controlling the timeliness of the performed works and their compliance with the schedule,
  • Confirmation of works actually performed and all faults being removed as well as coordinating the additional and substitute works,
  • Control of financial payoff, invoice correctness, compliance with financial schedule, comprehensive investment accounting ,
  • Cooperation with the Contractor and taking part in the final acceptance, completion of the documents necessary to obtain permission to use and forward the object to be used,
  • Performing all other activities necessary for the right course of the investment in the scope and on conditions agreed on with the Investor separately.

The tasks are to be performed by a team which includes specialists of sufficient knowledge, experience and competencies obtained during a wide scope of logistic investments realization. They have construction licenses with construction-building specialty.
